1.    The collapsed Chinese-styled tiled roofs at entrance gate and main building should be restored using matching materials and craftsmanship.
2.    The collapsed front eaves wall of main building should be rebuilt to maintain the sense of layering of interior space as close to the original design as possible.
3.    Consideration should be given to the more radical alterations to the interior of main building if this is suitable for sustainable new uses.
