1. The house has been altered in the later period, and the restoration process should follow principle of "Authenticity", to restore the incompatible parts of the later construction.
2. Some internal alterations will be necessary to allow the house to function for its new uses. These alterations should be made as minimal as possible to preserve the original layout.
