1.    Some internal alterations will be necessary to allow the house to function for its new uses. These alterations should be made as minimal as possible to preserve the original layout.
2.    It is necessary to form new individual entrance to lot 228A for the new use. Such new doors should be designed with compatible appearance to the historical fabrics and surrounding.
